Black Pearl is partnering with a leading government entity in the UAE to find a talented Content Creator who can craft compelling stories and engaging content in both Arabic and English .

Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit bilingual content (Arabic & English) for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and internal channels.
- Collaborate with the communications team to deliver engaging public awareness campaigns and internal engagement programs.
- Ensure content meets government regulations, cultural standards, and brand guidelines .
- Research industry trends to produce relevant and impactful content.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies for multimedia projects.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in content creation or communication roles, preferably in government or utilities sector.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and translating in both languages.
- Experience with social media, CMS, and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.
