Qualification:
Bachelors (Background of degree in the field of health sciences or Social science with experience in health or related field)
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years relevant Experience

Job Description:

Conduct mass screening for depression/anxiety at both facility and community levels
Provide lay counseling and support to individuals found positive for depression/anxiety
Maintain excellent records of client treatment progress.
Establish a safe environment for people to discuss their personal issues
Provide counseling to family members (if needed) of people with depression/anxiety
Make home visits as required
Conduct community mobilization activities, as required, for awareness-raising sessions
Carry out research activities (data collection) as required by the program
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patients, conversations, referrals, etc.
Perform other related duties as required
