Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Qualification: MBA (HR) from HEC recognized institution
  • Certification: HR Certification (SHRM / CIPD preferred)
  • Experience: 8-10 years in a large manufacturing organization, including minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
