Responsibilities / Duties:
- Support neonatal intensive care nursing operations for NICU patients.
- Coordinate nursing care and daily unit operations for assigned patients.
- Support supervision, guidance, and shift coordination for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient safety, infection control practices, and clinical documentation according to hospital policy.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, patients, and families for continuity of care.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Qualification:
BScN / Post RN BScN, Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery / Pediatric with valid PNC.

Experience:
5-7 years of relevant bedside experience. Along with 2-3 years of Post RN BScN experience as Team Lead in NICU.
