This challenging Data Science Leadership role is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, within the dynamic Data & Advanced Analytics – Finance Department. The Head of Data Science will be instrumental in defining and executing the data science strategy, developing robust use case pipelines, and establishing cutting-edge model development lifecycle frameworks. Key responsibilities include leading predictive modelling initiatives, applying advanced Machine Learning Management techniques, and ensuring rigorous model validation, monitoring, and explainability. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Possessing professional certifications in data science, machine learning, or IBM analytics tools (e.g., IBM SPSS, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate) is considered advantageous.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, quantitative analytics, or advanced analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
