As part of our team, your responsibilities will include developing and adapting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer processes. You will analyze business processes, conduct requirements engineering to design tailored Salesforce solutions, and create technical concepts and solution designs meeting specific client needs. The role also involves leading workshops with clients for requirements gathering and solution presentation, and supporting the Customer Transformation Team in implementing digitalization projects and integrating Salesforce solutions, contributing to HR Transformation efforts.

Auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir für den Einstieg als Senior Associate einen Jahresgehalt ab EUR 60.000,00, für den Einstieg als Manager ein Jahreszielgehalt (inklusive variabler Gehaltsbestandteile) ab EUR 77.000 (All-in) in Abhängigkeit von Deinen Qualifikationen und Deinen Erfahrungen vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt im persönlichen Gespräch.
