Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Over 12 years of experience in consulting, with at least 7 years in SAP IBP project management.
- Experience managing projects with annual budgets exceeding €2M and team sizes of over 10 people, and an ability to manage several projects concurrently.
- Experience in project management in international contexts and multicultural teams.
- Ability to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, budget, deadlines, and to improve project profitability.
- Good ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Natural leadership, excellent negotiation, risk management, client relationship skills, and ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Expertise in the supply chain planning process, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of the implementation and configuration process of SAP IBP for Supply Chain and associated SAP products.
- Knowledge of the basic functioning of SAP MM, SD, PP, and WM modules related to supply chain management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
