Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute projects for:
- Evaluation of Integrity Programs (Law 27.401, OECD, UIF/AML, etc.)
- GAP Analysis against regulations (ISO, local and international laws, regulations)
- Design and development of risk matrices (fraud, corruption, compliance)
- Internal investigations (complaints, irregularities)
- Implementation of technological solutions (e.g., platforms like GRIP)
- Analysis of policies, processes, and transactions (testing and documentary review)
- Drafting executive reports for clients (findings and improvement opportunities)
- Coordination of work teams and acting as a liaison between managers/partners and analysts
- Participation in client meetings and managing follow-up
- Identification of risks, raising alerts, and proposing solutions
- Working with data analytics and automation tools (e.g., Python)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Experience in internal or external audit (exclusive/highly valued).
- Experience in compliance, risks, or regulations.
- Advanced English (oral and written).
