As a Senior Associate Salesforce Developer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team solving complex business challenges from strategy through execution. You’ll design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Translate user stories into technical solutions within Agile sprints. Collaborate with Functional Leads, Developer Leads, and Technical Architects to ensure clarity of requirements and solution design. Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. Support release cycles by deploying new features and enhancements. Conduct testing to ensure application stability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Provide recommendations aligned with Salesforce and industry standards. Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience across platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I/II).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong ability to design, code, and implement scalable Salesforce applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating across cultures.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
