Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are working with a leading government-linked organization undergoing a major digital and brand transformation. They are looking for a hands-on Digital Communications / Digital Marketing professional who can manage both strategy and execution across digital platforms.
This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who has worked both in-house and in a marketing/digital agency environment, and is comfortable operating independently.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing the organization’s digital presence, content, and campaigns, ensuring consistent communication across all online channels and improving overall engagement.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Head of Communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the digital communication and marketing strategy
• Create and oversee content across social media, website, and digital platforms
• Plan and manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Handle day-to-day social media management (posting, monitoring, engagement)
• Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate and SEO-friendly
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, campaign results)
• Prepare reports and provide insights to improve digital performance
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and announcements
• Work with internal teams to support branding and communication initiatives
• Stay updated on digital trends and suggest improvements
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in digital communications or digital marketing
• Experience working in both an agency and in-house environment is strongly preferred
• Experience in infrastructure, public sector, or large organizations is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a standalone role with minimal supervision
Skills
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of social media, SEO, and digital campaigns
• Experience using:
• Social media management tools
• CMS platforms (website management)
• Email marketing tools
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
• Good organization and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
