The successful candidate will lead a team, interact directly with customers, drive sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, understands the customer needs and negotiate favorable terms to deliver accelerated category growth and value creation. The team leader will orchestrate across functions, categories, and local operations team to deliver outcomes and translate category growth strategies across all touchpoints into winning local strategies and plans.
