This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar). The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Waiters to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London. With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat; it’s a place to experience. About the Role: As a Waiter, you will be the face of Cooper's Cut, delivering warm, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest. You’ll work closely with the team to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every detail of the dining experience is flawless. What You’ll Do: Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging service to guests Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service Clear and reset tables Uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence in every interaction What you bring: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment Passion for food, wine, and hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hospitality degree or education is preferred but not required A team player with a positive, can-do attitude All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK Schedule and hours: This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
