About the role Weâre seeking a friendly, confident, and professional Casual Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm welcome and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help manage guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and reservations while ensuring every visitor receives attentive and personalised service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
