Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification:

  Intermediate preferably bachelor's or preferably training from the Forces or a law enforcement agency

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of experience

Job Description:

• Oversee security personnel, manage shift schedules, respond to and manage security incidents.
• Ensure all orders and instructions from the HOD are implemented.
• Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards.
• Supervise and maintain discipline among staff.
• Supervise, train, and mentor security staff, including delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that shift must be handed over to other staff in a proper manner and documented.
• Ensure all incidents are immediately reported to the HOD. Investigate security breaches, manage emergency situations, and coordinate with relevant internal and external authorities as required and/or directed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct routine inspections, and prepare detailed reports on security operations.
• Maintain clear communication with security staff, management, and other relevant parties regarding security matters.
• Develop and implement monthly duty roster and schedule.
• Manage leaves and schedules of staff; maintain attendance.
• Conduct regular drills, and ensure that team members are up-to-date with security protocols.
• Liaise with Security Officer to ensure duties are carried out efficiently.
• Perform any other task assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or by the Head of Department.
