About the Role
We’re looking for a true hunter to join PartsBase and take full ownership of new business revenue.
In this fully remoteSales Director role you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, running the full sales cycle, and closing new logos while mentoring a team of skilled AEs.
If you thrive on the hunt of driving new business and operating with full ownership—this is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning the entire sales cycle (prospecting → close)
  • Driving new logo acquisition through outbound efforts
  • Building pipeline using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Operating in a high-performance, KPI-driven environment
  • Partnering directly with senior leadership
  • Closing complex deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of SaaS full-cycle sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business
  • Strong outbound / prospecting skills (this is not an inbound role)
  • Comfortable being hands-on and accountable for your number
  • Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales orgs
