University of New Brunswick (UNB), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow in Transportation Planning in the Department of Civil Engineering. This full time postdoctoral research fellowship is funded by the Government of Canada and focuses on public sector transportation system planning and transportation master planning for small to mid sized municipalities across Canada.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• PhD in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field obtained within the last 5 years
• Demonstrated experience in municipal transportation planning
• Strong analytical and research skills with practical planning applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred: bilingual English and French, strong publication record, experience creating training and education materials
