Intermediate or above with X-ray technician Diploma or Bachelors

Min 02 - 03 years of related experience
Job Description:
- Conduct X-ray examinations as per physician instructions.
- Liaise with the site supervisor and on-site field team to ensure a smooth workflow and maximize patient care throughout the process.
- Ensure proper handling and use of x-ray and other related equipment’s, and related software.
- Explain the procedure to patients and answer any questions to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the equipment's technical capabilities and limitations.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, local regulations, and best practices in radiologic safety.
- Conduct daily checks of fixed X-ray equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and collaborate with the biomedical engineering team for repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, including patient information, images taken, and radiation exposure details.
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and comfort during imaging procedures.
