Previous HSE Experience: Proven experience within the HSE environment is a key fundamental with sound understanding of UK HSE legislation. Problem Solving Skills: Strong problem solving skills, including root cause analysis and the ability to create, update and reinforce standards, proactively challenging quality, safety & Internal Controls. A proactive approach to personal development and team growth is necessary – completion of internal HSE qualifications will be instrumental to progression.
