Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description The Network Orchestration Specialist is an individual contributor in a control-tower environment who monitors multi-site operational performance signals, identifies exceptions, applies established playbooks/standard work, and provides clear, decision-ready updates. The role supports day-to-day operational decision making by documenting issues, recommending actions within defined guidance, and escalating non-standard situations through the Leader and designated SMEs. Key Responsibilities Monitor assigned KPIs/leading indicators across sites using approved dashboards/tools; identify anomalies and emerging risks.

Job Qualifications Basic Qualifications Demonstrated ability to interpret operational metrics, identify exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work a 2,2, 3 schedule ( 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off) Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics/warehouse operations with exposure to performance monitoring or operations support. Experience with PRIME (WMS) or comparable warehouse management systems and exception management.
