A&I professionals work across brands to analyze big data, social trends, and behaviors, leveraging AI tools to optimize product innovation, marketing, and in-store experiences. A&I serves as a strategic partner to brand management, sales, and R&D, focusing on "who" the target shopper is, "what" the brand stands for, and "how" to reach them.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a analytics or quantitative field such as Insights and Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or market research, with a strong focus on consumer understanding. Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with Nielsen and Numerator, and PowerBI Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
