About the role The Pantry Attendant serves guestsâ needs by assisting with guest orders (toast, bread, pastries, and lunch bread service.) What you will do Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the pantry station for breakfast. Prepare items as required by the guest order for breakfast and lunch. Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation. Communicate with the Sous Chefs, In-Room Dining Managers and pastry team regarding menu-related items. Complete requisitions, obtain proper signatures, and submit to the In-Room Dining managers. Store items properly, checks expirations dates, following first in/out and Department of Health regulations. Complete side work for the following day. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area. What you bring High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education. Minimum one year of food service or related work.
