Description:

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Collection of documents dispatched by PMU Islamabad Office for GHD TIH Karachi as primary addressee. Such documents include but not limited to financial records i.e. vouchers, supporting, invoices, payrolls, cheques etc.
• Coordinating with GHD Staff reviewing Global Fund Malaria Grant operations for review of such documents, and fulfill all those requirements which are to be completed at Karachi level, otherwise timely communicate requirement to PMU Islamabad office.
• Handling the sensitive documents including bank cheques for signing from bank signatories at The Indus Hospital and securely dispatching them back via courier service for PMU office Islamabad.
• He is responsible to follow up the matters with the concerned person in GHD so that process at Karachi level can be completed in more efficient way.
• After completion of documentation required at Karachi office, he will be responsible for dispatching back other documents / records including vouchers, payroll, etc. via courier service for PMU office.
• Coordinating procurement of supplies required for Malaria Control project with GHD for supplies directly purchased by Global Fund.
• He will organize the procurement processes including preparation and conduct of RFQs, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, their evaluation, negotiation with suppliers through following rules and regulations of TIH.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Maintain necessary procurement related files and records
• Develop, compile, reconcile and/or update information in vendors and stock database to provide effective processing, information management and reporting.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relative subject

Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the Logistics and Supply Chain field is required.
