Description:

Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic Commercial Bank, operating with a network of more than 980 branches in over 320 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy for digital onboarding
• Dive into the market landscape through in-depth research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis
• Leverage key performance metrics and user feedback to identify pain points and areas for enhancement in the account opening journey
• Support customer service teams by equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to address inquiries related to the digital onboarding process

Location:
• Head Office Karachi

*Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Preference will be given to those who have qualification in Islamic Finance.

Qualification:

• Master's Degree preferably in (Business, Marketing, Finance or related field) from an HEC recognized institute/university

Experience:
• 2 years of relevant working experience

Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent analytical, data interpretation, insights generation, decision-making skills and familiarity with digital banking trends, technologies and industry best practices
