Description:

Responsible to control, supervise, monitor and direct the services of patient meals, cafeteria / official caterings / functions, food production, ordering & control of food supplies / inventory management, food consumption, volumes & sale data analysis at Indus Hospital food service operation as per the laid down.systems and procedure(s) related to assigned areas.
Maintaining effective communication & working relationship with other departments.
Ability to manage & control cost and budget targets, monitor and comply hospital-based food safety & hygiene standards and aware of quality management application tools. Responsible for the development, implementation of food service policies and procedure(s) related to assigned areas.

Academic Qualification:
• MA / M.Sc. (Food Science & Technology) with 4-5 years of related work experience including 7/8 years of management experience at Hospital Food Services / institutional catering / Airlines preferred
OR
• MBA in Marketing or Management systems with Diploma in Hotel and Catering from abroad
OR
• Diploma in Food and Beverage along with professional trade certificate courses from a recognized Institution abroad with 6-8 years of related work experience at Hospital Food Services / institutional catering / Airlines preferred
OR
Graduate & Hotel Management diploma from a recognized Institution from abroad with 8-10 years of related work experience including 4-6 years of management experience in Hospital Food Service preferred

Professional Qualification: Certified ISO 22000/ FSMS/ HACCP Lead Auditor

Qualification:

• MA/ MSC Food Science & Technology

Experience:
• 7 to 08 years of Management Experience at Hospital Food Services / Institutional Catering / Airlines Preferred
