Description:

Job Responsibilities:
• To undertake and lead customer on-boarding activities.
• Interact and manage corporate clients and on-site customer on-boarding.
• Serve as primary service office for enhancing customer experience.
• Promote bank’s product suite through cross-sell.
• Assist in accomplishing business targets.
• Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders for product/service enhancement.

Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proficient in English/Urdu writing and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills

-- Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahdat-ul-Alamiyah and possess an HEC Equivalency Letter
