Description:

Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic Commercial Bank, operating with a network of more than 980 branches in over 320 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate closely with branches for promoting women financial services including financing products
• Implement Banking on Equality (BOE) policy within Meezan Bank Limited network
• Conduct activities for highlighting opportunities for women in business and also conduct road shows, trade fairs and seminars, etc
• Achieve targets assigned under Banking on Equality (BOE) by State Bank of Pakistan
• Work closely with HR and L&D for required trainings and skill development
• Create partnerships with women-oriented societies, universities, bureaus for enhancing and creating opportunities for women customers
• Increase financial literacy in women segment within rural and low-income areas
• Engage with branch network to ensure maximum utilization of sales resources in generating deposit and cross sell business from women segment

Location:
• Karachi

• *Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Preference will be given to those who have qualification in Islamic Finance.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master's from an HEC recognized university

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of working experience

Skills & Knowledge:
• General banking, good interpersonal, excellent presentation, creative thinking skill, market knowledge, good understanding of customers and well versed with State Bank of Pakistan policies and regulations regarding Banking on Equality (BOE) policy
