Description:

Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s leading Islamic Commercial Bank, operating with a network of more than 980 branches in over 320 cities across the country, is seeking applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise digital account opening request of non-resident / resident Pakistani.
• Supervise transactions and activities in Digital accounts in accordance with SBP regulations and Bank’s SOPs.
• Ensure quality assurance of accounts processed by officer. (Digital account center)
• Help the designated team in day-to-day issues in performing transactions / account opening.
• Ensure adherence of AML & CFT regulations and Bank’s internal policies and assist line manager in day to day operations and activities of Digital account center.
• Identify and minimize unwarranted risk/security risk for the Bank through vigilance and by following the Bank’s procedural guidelines.

Location:
• Head Office - Karachi

• *Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Preference will be given to those who have qualification in Islamic Finance.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (B. Com, BSC, BBA) from a reputable university

Experience:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as operation manager or supervisory level at branch banking operations

Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficient in banking operation management especially in authorization of financial transactions and in account opening
