Description:

The primary responsibility of a research associate is to assist in conducting research studies, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting the results of the research. The research associate will work under the supervision of a deputy manager.

Responsibilities:
• Refining and further managing PCP data, including data entry, cleaning, and quality assurance.
• Preparing and delivering presentations on PCP research findings.
• Conducting basic level data analysis using statistical software.
• Planning field visits and managing tasks on an ad-hoc basis to support research activities.
• Possessing basic knowledge of national-level health programs relevant to the Primary care Programs.
• Maintaining accurate records of research protocols, results, and conclusions.
• Preparing reports and manuscripts for publication.
• Contributing to the development of research proposals and grant applications.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, epidemiology, or data science.

Experience:
• At least one year of relevant experience in data management, Basic knowledge of statistical software for data analysis Including data entry, cleaning, and quality assurance.
