What you’ll do:
• Lead and oversee the entire software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and production support.
• Formulate and drive the software development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, program managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Work as Project Manager for specific projects and identify and address critical issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality, providing timely solutions and escalations when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance data quality and system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development technologies and methodologies, and introduce innovative practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification:

You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience and expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and pattern recognition algorithm development.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in programming, with a strong proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Java.
• In-depth knowledge of OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MongoDB, and MariaDB.
• Experience in scaling neural network inference and microservice architectures.
• Strong background in predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and signal processing system development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial deep learning models such as YOLOv3, MobileNet, etc., is preferred.
• Excellent document writing and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
