Description:

The incumbent will be responsible to manage end to end recruitment activities through developing, implementing and executing a highly strategic talent acquisition agenda and to facilitate the business achieve their financial & non-financial targets. Job Requirements:
• Develop and recruitment plans/activities for business groups.
• Responsible for maintain all MISs respect to Talent Acquisition.
• Sharing TA data with compensation & benefits’ team for HR Dashboard reporting.
• Quarterly share TA Data (Internal Job Posting & External hiring MIS) with different aspect for HRCC Meetings.
• Extracting hiring data from U-Connect and maintaining hiring MIS for all recruiters to ensure effective monitoring of TAT for all hiring cases.
• Arrange and share TA data for SBP/Internal Audit in liaison with HR Operational Risk and Comp. & Ben. Team.
• Manage the team’s recruiter workload, productivity, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction; measure progress, track results and provide metrics.
• Develop and maintain efficient, cohesive procedures for recruitment and hiring.
• Serve as an advisory role to internal and external stakeholders pertaining to talent acquisition.
• Assist business in hiring related issues, system assistance in initiating hiring request and be a bridge between relationship management and assigned business.
• Ensure maintenance of the agreed service levels with the stakeholders is adhered with respect to turnaround time. Specially for volume recruitment business including all front office-based roles.
• Negotiate financial offers keeping in view the internal parity whenever needed.
• Mentoring and counselling team in terms of personal and professional development.
• Suggest new workflows – processes re-engineering to improve the service delivery standards & to keep a track of best market practices so the same to be adopted at UBL as deemed necessary.
• To ensure that no compliance or audit objection is raised during or after internal or external audit in the assigned segment.
• To ensure smooth selection and induction of Batch hiring inductees.
• Participate in job fairs for the purpose of employer branding in liaison with relationship/Business and marketing division whenever required.
• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to drive how positions are filled based on the needs of the business (time, cost, Skill set, and diversity).
• Handle all executive searches and talent mapping for the respective business.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree from an HEC Recognized Institute/University, Master’s degree shall be given preference.
• 05-07 years of relevant working experience
