Description:

• Ensure human resource, financial and procurement policies are implemented as per CHD and donor guidelines
• Take evidence-based decisions to achieve grant targets by supporting data analysis
• Answer any programmatic queries and help find clinical solutions
• Prepare quarterly updates for the donor
• Ensure all members of the team are trained as per the program requirements

Qualification:

• Master’s in Social Sciences or other relevant degree

Experience:
• At least 8 to 10 years of relavent experience in development health sector out of which 5 years in managerial capacity
