Description:

1) Manage facility staff, community engagement worker, and warehouse team at district level
2) Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program
3) In the line with the approved workplan develop a quarterly and monthly field activities plan and share with manager for approval
4) Provide feedback on project activities to Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad on regular basis
5) In coordination with the district health authorities, identify outbreaks, disease patterns, and facilitate necessary referrals as per agreed SOPs
6) In coordination with the district health authorities, organize capacity building training, workshop, meetings for the staff on various project interventions
7) Supervise and monitor all the data records of patients, logistic supplies, warehouse inventory, and other project related equipment & supplies
8) Regularly organize coordination meetings at districts levels, share meeting minutes with PMU office and act on action points raised in the meetings.
9) Ensure that monthly meetings are attended, and reports are submitted on timely basis
10) In collaboration with provincial teams, conduct need assessments and surveys, and interact with the community for different activities
11) Maintain all program data bases (DHIS2/MIS, training and log data) timely at facility level
12) Provide technical and logistical support to make the nonfunctional facilities fully operational
13) To conduct monitoring & supervisory visits to health facilities
14) Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans
15) Prepare monthly reports as per the need of the program
16) To provide data in orderly manner for quarterly progress update at PMU Islamabad
17) Carry out any other program related task assigned by the Supervisor
18) Any other task assigned by supervisor

Qualification:

• Masters in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration

Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in the health sector
• Experience of working with international, national organizations and government agencies in the same capacity
• Male candidates are encouraged to apply, considering the position requires a lot of travel within district
