Description:

To ensure adherence to and implementation and maintenance of the company Safety, Environment, Quality, and Training policy in his own domain. Participate in safe, smooth, and efficient Plant operation, troubleshooting, startup/shutdowns & emergency handling, based on sound HSE practices, consistent with safe operating limits within allocated budget and schedule to achieve production. Providing effective support to prepare and train the personnel and maintaining a highly skilled and motivated NMPT team for the Production department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant within planned operating cost and energy to achieve production and energy targets without any compromise on asset integrity & plant safety.
Responsible for identification of potential issues of plant that can disrupt the long and short-term operation of the plant.
Responsible for the safety of personnel and equipment during his shift.
Responsible for effective training activities by implementing training programs to maintain the continuous availability of skilled manpower.
Assists the Shift Coordinator in emergency handling by appropriate decision making.
Ensures compliance with SEQS standards.
