Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out post approval Risk Review of Credit Portfolio of various lending segments i.e., Corporate, Small and Medium Enterprises, Consumer, International etc. and prepare the detailed reports and executive summaries for the review of stakeholders
• Conduct multi-dimensional analysis of lending portfolio of the bank and industry for identification of credit risk red flags
• Review and validate obligor's profile (ORR) through application of analysis of internal and external factors ranging from the financial, technical, transactional, industrial, management, and environmental analysis. Analyze the shift in risk profile and allocate revised risk rating
• Identify the major deviations, exceptions, observations from Credit Policy of the Bank and Prudential Regulations of the Central Bank to ward off regulatory risk and any negative implication on portfolio's health
• Offsite monitoring/desktop reviews for timely and effectively raising of Red flags/early warnings
• Prepare and supervise the Review Sheets/BRR Forms and Reports on the assessment of above mentioned credit processes of credit life cycle
• Track and follow up for the rectification and resolution of outstanding exceptions/recommendations
• Review the credit life cycle i.e. Staffing & Organization, Credit Initiation, Monitoring, Risk Management, Problem Recognition and Remedial Management with respect to compliance with Central Banks' regulations, internal bank policy and best practices
• Review and validate various regulatory checking and verifications under regulatory stipulations
• Audit of Write off Cases

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration from any HEC recognized University with Major in Finance/Banking or equivalent qualification.
• 4-5 years banking experience in lending segment i.e. relationship management, credit risk management, credit policy or independent credit risk reviews
• Strong understanding of credit risk, policies/procedures and international best practices
• Strong communication and report writing skills
