Key Responsibilities:-a. Graphic Design:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various university marketing materials, including posters, brochures, digital graphics, and event materials.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the university, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Create visually engaging graphics and illustrations for academic and promotional purposes.
b. Branding:
- Assist in defining and evolving the university's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our academic mission and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create and update brand guidelines for a consistent brand image.
- Design and implement branding materials such as logos, brand books, building signage, way findings, and promotional materials.
c. Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with various university departments, faculty, and staff to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
d. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in graphic design and branding.
Terms & Conditions:-
* Candidates must attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.
* The last Education Certificate/Degree should be verified/attested by HEC.
* Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons: -
- 3rd Div in academic career.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
- Medically Unfit.
- In process of pursuing a degree
* Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces, etc. may apply through their respective parent departments/organizations.
* Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered/called for interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
* Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letters.
* NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify/terminate the recruitment program due to any reason, without notice, at any time.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in graphic design and branding.
Required Skills:-
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- 3D Tools (Sketchup, 3dsMax) are a plus point.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and branding projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a university setting.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Age Limit:
• 32 - 55 years
