Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all operational activities relating to receiving, storage and pumping of HSD/ MOGAS according to the Oil Movement schedule. Ensure the safety of personnel, equipment including pipeline and ROW of the designated station (s).
• Work closely with station managers for safe operations of stations, pipelines, microwave towers, cathodic protection stations and valve assemblies.
• Ensure availability of approved SOPs for operations and arrange training of SOPs to staff on regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guidelines to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and delivery of high-quality products/services.
• Liaise with local OMCs, FOTCO and Head Office for receiving product as per Oil Movement Plan.
• Coordinate with local district management, contractors, and utilities companies for smooth operations.
• Prepare and present periodic reports pertaining to operation and other station activities.
• Review & analyze plant modification needs and propose recommendations to the management.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and within the budget allocated.
• Prepare annual operation budget and schedule of expenses for station(s).
• Perform as Event Owner for all accidents, near misses and hazards reported through the system. Assign tasks for corrective actions through recommendations in the system.
• Evaluate performance of all station employees through formal development plans.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation) from a HEC recognized university.
• Must have working knowledge of Pipeline Operations, HSE Systems, procedures and guidelines.
• Should be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of computer software (MS Office) and SAP etc.

Experience:
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in operation/ maintenance, developing, managing, and implementing oil movement and safety standards in a pipeline, hydrocarbon, or process industry.
