Description:

The Coordinator will organize academic courses executed under the umbrella of ICFMPH. He/she will co-ordinate and facilitate implementation of curriculum and training, according to timelines.
• Coordinating and facilitating development of face to face and virtual training curriculum/modules/workshops with the relevant experts and medical education dept.
• Facilitate recognition of training program with relevant organization.
• Assist in budget development and coordinate for expenditure and budget utilization with finance.
• Coordinate for development of learning management system (LMS) based on curriculum with IT.
• Coordinate marketing of courses, student registrations and fees payment with PGME, communication and finance.
• Coordinate with faculty and IT for recording, editing and publishing sessions on LMS based on curriculum blueprint.
• Communicating and facilitating students in Sindh and Punjab for F2F, online, live and recorded sessions through IT assistance.
• Developing and maintaining feedback after every session and communicating the same to relevant speaker/facilitator/supervisor.
• Communicating and facilitating students at all IHHN sites for clinical attachments with relevant faculty in coordination with PGME.
• Facilitating virtual clinical attachments if required for medical officers at IHHN sites where specialists/consultants are not available.
• Coordinating with faculty throughout IHHN for student formative (Mini CeX, DoPs, assignments) and summative assessments (theory and clinical exam).
• Coordinating with examination dept to organize summative theory and OSCE exam.
• Compiling results and list of successful candidates
• Maintaining all students’ records of attendance, clinical attachments, assignments, assessments etc.
• Facilitating certificate distribution.

Qualification:

• Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration or Equivalent

Experience:
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required
