Description:

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be implementing marketing communication strategies to promote our brand, engage the target audience and support business goals. The prime objectives include close collaboration with advertising / media agencies for crafting compelling brand communications and execution of advertising & promotional campaigns on ATL, BTL and Digital/Social Media platforms in order to raise Brand awareness.

Job Requirements:
• Collaborate with business teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital/ social media and traditional channels.
• Manage relationship with advertising agency by liaising with account managers, art designers, copywriters & creative team for seamless job deliveries.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication materials and channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Oversee the company's social media presence, develop content calendars, and engage with the Media management team to boost brand awareness, specifically through digital channels.
• Maintain close coordination with Marketing Operations for implementation of media campaigns, and competitor monitoring.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualification:

Experience & Qualification:
• Master degree from an HEC Recognized Institute/University 5-7 years of professional experience.

Skills Required:
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• Good knowledge of Marketing and Media experience of managing Brand/ Advertising/ PR campaigns Sound Administrative skills
• Excellent time management skill
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office management tools (PC Skills, MS Office)
• Excellent Interpersonal & relationship management skills
• Commitment to excellence Team player
