• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
• Candidate having Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Public Administration and / or HR related professional certifications such as SHRM, CH RP, etc. would be preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources and / or Banking and / or Finance with at least 03 years in Compensation & Benefits and / or HR Operations and / or Payroll
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
• In depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes
• Good communication skills
• Good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred
