In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following positions
in the area of Human Resource Management based at Karachi.

• Reporting to Wing Head External Agencies

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
• To assist Wing Head in managing all matters related to External Agencies Management pertaining to HRMG
• To build and manage strong professional relationships with external agencies
• To act as point of contact along with Wing Head to manage queries raised by/through government agencies (i.e. NAB, FIA, Ministry, Courts etc.) related to HRMG
• To stay informed about legislative changes, government initiatives, and policy developments that may impact the organization
• To represent the Bank in meetings, hearings and discussions with the agencies for matters pertaining to HRMG
• To coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve relevant queries and issues
• To assist Wing Head in managing HR Governance activities
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Assessment Interview(s)
• Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s)

Employment Type
• The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
• Candidates having Master's degree and / or any other relevant professional qualification or certification would be preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 06 years' working experience in defense / military services / law enforcement agencies with at least 03 years in managing or dealing with external agencies
• Candidates having experience of managing other HR matters such as HR Admin, Personnel Management, Record Keeping, etc. would have an added advantage

• Interpersonal skills

Employment Type:
