Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team of assigned division to ensure strong alignment, optimize strategy implementation and sales delivery.
• Responsible for maintaining strong professional relations with KOLs of the assigned division.
• Recruit, train and administer the sales team in order to achieve corporate objectives.
• Ensure 1000/0 execution of the marketing plans through the sales force.
• To achieve or exceed product sales budget and ensure to remain within allocated expense budget.
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the sales performance in response to the marketing plan immediately after the closing of each month.

Qualification:

• Preferably a Pharm-D/MBBS with MBA degree.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Overall, 15-18 of pharma sales and marketing experience with reputable pharmaceuticals organization.

• 40 Years
