Description:

• Should be fully aware of the mission statement of Indus Hospital & Health Network and endeavors with team sprit with in the department
• Monitor and control the Pharmaceuticals & Med- surgical inventory of all Pharmacy satellites & Sub - stores
• Daily visit of all Pharmacy locations & brief discussion / report to Pharmacy Management.
• Arrange programs for surprise audit of all Pharmacy locations.
• Prepare and forward the list of fast moving / slow moving / short expiry / expired / broken, damage items each month regularly to Manager Pharmacy
• Prepare and update the complete list of same generic alternative brands.
• Complete checking / tally physical stock each month and forward its report to Manager
• Pharmacy.
• Help Manager Pharmacy in preparing, Updating Hospital Formulary, Daily Activity sheets & KPIS.
• Arrange to inspect nursing units and clinics to monitor the proper storage and distribution of patient floor stock, controlled drugs and emergency medications.
• Prepare Pharmacy staff monthly duty roster on excel / HMIS & forward to Manger Pharmacy for final approval.
• Should have relevant managerial experience & good knowledge in Clinical Pharmacy & Sterile Compounding Services.

Qualification:

• Pharm-D preferably MBA (Hospital / Healthcare Management)

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience out of which 3 years in similar capacity.
