Description:

To Effectively manage various aspects of the business including meeting the volumetric targets as set down by the company, while maintaining good relationships with the Distibutors/ Customers (both B2B & B2C) to ensure targets are met by directly selling the products through a distribution channel.
• To develop strong customer base including channel management necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets.
• To work as point of contact for customers and esnure smooth business transactions at all levels.
• To conduct corner meetings in different industries.
• To keep a close follow-up with all the team members to achieve volumetric and profitability targets.
• Collecting customer and competitor feedback and market research.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to the market.
• Ensuring effective management of credit-cash ratio at all distributions.
• Closely coordinate with marketing department to implement and roll out marketing campaignss and sales schemes.
• To have solid Customer Service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Manufacturing) /
• Master of Business Administration (Business Management) /
• Master of Business Administration (Finance) /
• Master of Business Administration (General Management) /
• Master of Business Administration (Marketing) /
• Master of Business Administration (Operations Management)

Experience:
• 3 - 5 years

Age Limit:
• 25 - 38 years
