Description:

Responsibilities:

Refinery Sales:
•       Maintain and organize statistics of Refinery Sales of all products on a daily basis.
•        Create Dashboards for Sales Analytics to visualize POL demand fluctuations.
•        Compare monthly planned POL quantities with month to date Refinery POL Sales to identify variations.
•        Maintain historical Sales data to track consistency in product upliftment.
 
Coordination and Communication:
•        Coordinate with other departments under the guidelines of the Line Manager on various matters.
•        Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day office activities and regularly update Manager through performance reports.
 
GOP Reporting:
•        Prepare and maintain monthly/annual Production, Sales and Stocks reports for OCAC/OGRA/GoP.
•        Report daily POL product, stock, and sales position to OCAC/OGRA/GoP.
 
Customer Services & Coordination:
•        Liaise with OMCs to ensure timely upliftment of POL quantities & indicate any deviations.
•        Reconcile OMCs upliftment variation and coordinate to fulfill fortnightly orders.
•        Follow up with the Finance department for timely receipt booking and other sales related activities.
 
Analysis and Reporting:
•        Manage records of POL Sales, Refinery Production, Country Sales.
•        Update Manager on the future course of action based on data driven trends and projections.
•        Prepare Monthly departmental presentation for management review.
•        Data Modeling, Power BI & Dashboard Reporting, Data Analytics.

Qualification:

•        Graduate/Masters with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
•        Proven administrative experience, demonstrating the ability to prioritize assigned tasks effectively.
•        Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle key deliverables efficiently.
•        Aptitude for learning new and modern systems to adapt and handle PARCO’s digitalization initiatives.
•        Proficient in data analysis preparing progress sales and stock reports.
•        Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)

Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:
•       Must be a permanent employee of PARCO (or subsidiary company) for at least a year.
•       Must intimate Line Manager formally through email before application. 
•       Shortlisted candidates must share intimation email with Talent Acquisition before interview scheduling.
•       Must have a meet expectations rating or above in previous PMP cycle.
•       Can apply for positions at same grade or 1 grade higher than their current grade.
