We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Section Head – Asset Management. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and reliability of our assets in High and Medium Consequence Areas, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous self-assessment and improvement across PAPCO ROW and its corresponding Stations & Terminals. In this pivotal position, you will oversee all activities related to the planning, execution, data collation, and presentation of the initial framework for baseline assessment.

Responsibilities:
•                 Ensure the integrity of assets managed by the Pipeline Division through adherence to Engineering/Inspection standards and OEM recommendations.
•                 Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of inspection and testing programs for Pipeline infrastructure and equipment at Stations/Terminals.
•                 Implement inspection/testing outcomes and conduct feasibility studies by Third Party for advanced processes like Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
•                 Implement RBI and RCM programs following feasibility studies and Management approval.
•                 Estimate the remaining life of aging assets with appropriate procedures and timelines.
•                 Conduct Corrosion Risk Assessments of Pipelines and Storage Tanks.
•                 Lead or assist in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) of asset failures.
•                 Analyze maintenance data such as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
•                 Manage risk and optimize safety, reliability, and cost by developing and implementing an Integrity Framework, including goals and objectives for operators.
•                 Lead data collection and assessment, develop risk assessment models, and create integrity plans.
•                 Work on reliability solutions, asset data, and risk management, and oversee field implementation.
•                 Facilitate third-party Insurer Surveyors for Risk Identification Audits.
•                 Respond to and monitor the implementation of Internal/External Audit recommendations.
•                 Support the effective utilization of teams and problem-solving tools for improvement.
•                 Maintain complete inspection and maintenance records of assets managed by the Pipeline Division and its subsidiaries.
•                 Stay updated on emerging technologies in Asset Integrity and Reliability.
•                 Lead employees in goal development, performance management, workflow processes, standards, procedures, specifications, and safety protocols.
•                 Monitor the progress of cyclic maintenance and upgrade projects.

Qualification:

•                 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Material Engineering from an accredited university.
•                 12-15 years of work experience in the field of Engineering/Inspection of Stationary/Rotary equipment in a refinery, petrochemical plant, power plant, oil & gas, or fertilizer industry.
•                 In-depth knowledge of relevant Inspection Codes, Standards, and best practices for plant equipment and facilities.
•                 Proficiency in Engineering Design and Root Cause Analysis.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics)

Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:
·        Must be a permanent employee of PARCO (or subsidiary company) for at least a year.
·        Must intimate Line Manager formally through email before application.
·        Shortlisted candidates must share intimation email with Talent Acquisition before interview scheduling.
·        Must have a meet expectations rating or above in previous PMP cycle.
·        Can apply for positions at same grade or 1 grade higher than their current grade.
