Description:

Department of Horticulture Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam, invites applications from fresh individuals for the position of Research Assistant in the project titled "Seed production and conservation of indigenous germplasm of vegetable crops".

PROJECT DETAILS:

Project Title:
Seed production and conservation of indigenous germplasm of vegetable crops

Principal Investigator (P.I):
Dr. Niaz Ahmed Wahocho

POSITION DETAILS:

• Position: Research Assistant (01)
• Duration: 1 year (Can be extended up to completion of the Project))
• Full Pay: 18,000 (monthly)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in research activities related to seed production and conservation of indigenous germplasm of vegetable crops
• Collect and analyze data
• Assist in field trials and experiments
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Any other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator

Qualification:

• Fresh Bachelor's or Master's degree in Horticulture
• Previous experience in research or related work is preferred
• Good knowledge of vegetable crop production and seed conservation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
