Description:

Job Purpose
•            To act as a strategic business partner by ensuring alignment between the HR and Functional Strategies.
•            Facilitate the execution of HR strategy aligned with the overall Functional and Business objectives.
•            Facilitate the provision of effective and efficient tools in all areas of HR in order to division’s performance.
•            Provide professional advice and support to relevant Leadership team and business managers based on direction from Lead HRBP and COE.

Job Description
•            Maintain an effective level of business literacy about Division’s financial position, its mid to long range plans, its culture, and its competition
•            Work with Lead HRBP to provide strategy on headcount planning and organization designs in line with growing business needs of the company.
•            Facilitate the execution of frameworks (learning & development, performance management, annual salary reviews, headcounts, and employee engagement) in collaboration with Center of Excellence and Engro Corporation and all relevant stakeholders
•            Work closely with the Lead HRBP and division’s management to provide meaningful analysis and action plans on key HR metrics focused on attrition, retention, productivity, budgets, succession, top talent, and overall functional capability
•            Act as the first point of contact for the division in aiding on all employee related matters e.g. HR policy guidance and interpretation
•            Assist in driving function specific HR projects to improve business performance
