Description:

Services of Assistant Manager, Call Center are required at Communication & Resource Development department of QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore.

The job details of Call Center jobs are:
• Oversee outbound and inbound call campaigns to engage donors.
• IVR call handling.
• Direct line call handling.
• Hotline (cell number) complaint calls handling, maintain complaint log and follow up.
• Oversee the accurate and timely entry of donor information into the database.
• Utilize data analytics to assess call center performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Qualification:

• MBA in Marketing or Equivalent

Experience:
• 5 years of relevant work experience
