Description:

Services of Assistant Accountant are required at PARCO. The job details are:

Qualification:

• The candidate must possess B. Com or M. Com, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation & working experience of an ERP Platform like SAP.
• Master of Commerce (M.Com) / Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)

Experience:
• 3 - 5 years

Responsibilities :
• Issuance of Taxes-Invoice-cum-Shipment Advice (TSAs) for tank lorries entered in all TLG Gantries at MCR through SAP on daily basis.
• Preparation of Initial Accounting Documents for Local Crude Tank Lorries being decanted at MCR Gantry.
• Establishment of correct revenues on MCR Products sold / shipped through tank lorries & recoverable from the customers.
• Assessment of correct government levies & taxes applicable on MCR Products sold / shipped through tank lorries & recoverable from the customers.
• Accuracy of historical TLG Data in related SAP Modules & decanting data in MCR-Segment CDRS (Crude Decanting & Reconciliation System).
• Handling of hard copies of TSAs & LCDRs prepared in respective Shift.
• Coordination with all Internal & External Customers for smoothly working in respective Shift.
 
Eligibility Criteria for Internal Applicants:
•       Must be a permanent employee of PARCO (or subsidiary company) for at least a year.
•       Must intimate Line Manager formally through email before application. 
•       Shortlisted candidates must share intimation email with Talent Acquisition before interview scheduling.
•       Must have a meet expectations rating or above in previous PMP cycle.
•       Can apply for positions at same grade or 1 grade higher than their current grade.
