The job responsibilities of Project Manager at UBL are:
• Identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities
• Ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully
• Plan Schedule Management, Define Activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activity Durations, Develop Schedule and Control Schedule
• Plan, estimate and control costs
• Incorporate the organization's quality policy regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product quality requirements to meet stakeholders' objectives
• Identify, acquire, and manage the resources needed for the successful completion of the project
• Balance the competing constraints on the project with the resources available
• Conduct risk management planning, analysis, response implementation, and monitor risk on a project
• Use soft skills (e.g., interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people) to balance the conflicting and competing goals of the project stakeholders
• Display relationship skills involving the development of extensive networks of people (such as subject matter experts and influential leaders) throughout the program/project manager's sphere of influence
• Demonstrate essential capabilities such as negotiation, resilience, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from any HEC recognized Institute
• 1 to 2 years of programs/projects experience in this capacity
• Knowledge of Program & Project Management
